TCS promotes two to board in restructuring
TCS media has promoted David Price and Ciaran Deering to the agency’s board. Both have been with the agency for almost 8 years. Price moved over from Brand Connection having previously been at AMV. Deering was headhunted to run the agency’s digital division having been the MD of Tribal DDB.

In the new line up Price will head up the formation of the Brand Activation Group, a dedicated team focused on delivering the amalgam of brand saliency and ROI. Deering is charged with evolving the online comms team for the group which has offices in Wilmslow and Worcester.
Simon Parker, group managing director, said that these were significant appointments as they are laying down cornerstones for the agency’s future and prosperity. We are in the throes of delivering a long term strategy which focuses on devolvement and empowerment to the future stars of the agency.
Also in the reshuffle, Justin Mallinson, associate director, has been assigned business manager of the agency’s entertainments division with responsibility of developing internal and external communication strategies across the portfolio. Reporting in to Peter Smith he will be responsible for the division’s product delivery.
